I was relocating from Chicago to Louisville and had arranged for All My Sons to help my wife and I unload our truck on Sunday morning.
Unfortunately, I can't rate the quality of their service because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! You read that correctly. Despite receiving a confirmation call from Mark Cottle two days prior, All My Sons left me high and dry, and resorting to a random company on Craigslist to help out at the very last minute (side note: if moving within Louisville, go with Mike and Powerlifting Movers for fast and efficient service, 502-640-2286). I called all the numbers I had saved from my previous conversations with All My Sons, but they either led to me being put on hold indefinitely or to voicemail boxes that were full. Even if they had called that morning to say "we had a few helpers not show up and we'll be by in the evening rather than 8am," that would have been understandable compared to the alternative.
Just awful communication on their part. In fact, I STILL have not received a proper explanation or apology from Mark Cottle.
Choose All My Sons Moving & Storage if you want to experience customer service at its worst and unprofessionalism at its best.
