Horrible Service BEFORE the move

I had arranged to have someone come out to give me an estimate on a long-distance move. They didn't show, then never returned my calls. I called the toll-free number on their website after 3 weeks to try to get some action, but the boy who answered the phone was more interested in having a conversation with a coworker than he was in helping me. Not only did I have to repeat myself multiple times in giving him information he already had (that he would give to me at various points in the call), he was completely oblivious when it came to long-distance moves. I asked if I should be calling another number, and he said, no...this is the right number. I told him I was running out of time for the move, and really needed to get someone out. He was unwilling to send me a contact number by email (I was driving, no pen handy) which was different than the local contact number I had been calling for three weeks. I asked him how quickly we could get a truck to the house after a signed agreement, and his response was that we had to get someone out to the house for an estimate. After talking to this brick with a voice for 10 minutes, I told him if they were unwilling to do email me the contact number for the local office (they had my email address, he even read it to me), then I wouldn't be comfortable entrusting them with my household. He said, "Okay, man."
Avoid these clowns at all costs.
