I am going to add to chorus of negative reviews about this company. I called and gave the "estimator" a list of moving my 2 bedroom apartment and asked for an estimate. Frank told me "we do this all the time and will get you moved within 4-5 hours." I asked about their liability insurance and again, I was assured that they are top notch professionals. And, in his professional opinion that a 2 man crew would suffice. 10 hours later with a 3 man crew my estimate of $400.00 turned into a bill for $1200.00. Plus, they simply threatened to drive off with all my belonging if I didn't pay before they unloaded. I would never use these clowns again. In speaking to their employees, it is clear that this is the norm. They also explained that if there would happen to be any claim for damage, that they themselves (the movers) would be on the hook. In fact, the movers didn't even have safety belts or equipment because the company did not provide them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE MANAGEMENT IS DISHONEST AND WHEN CONFRONTED READILY ADMITTED HIS LIES. BUT CONTINUED WITH, "PAY THE BILL OR MY GUYS DRIVE OFF WITH YOUR STUFF."
