BEWARE!!!! Worst moving company around. Do your research and find another company to move your stuff. Their movers are negligent, careless and ruthless with your belongings.
My wife and I decided to use a larger moving company for our move this time and spend a little bit more money since we used little moving companies in the past which required us to assist with the moving of our stuff. This company was excellent (big star moving). But anyways ALL MY SONS MOVING sent a 54 yr old and a 26 yr old to move our stuff. They got our couch caught in the stairwell, damaged my table and chairs, tore my sofa, lost my bed frame and layer my plasma TV face down damaging my TV. I called same night to discuss my damages but nobody answered phones. Waited till after weekend and called. I filed the insurance claim through the process they had advised me to follow. This took 2 months. I got a letter back finally saying they would pay $364 for the $4,000 worth of damage they caused. I called and spoke to Shane, beware this guy is a crook and sleezeball. After jerking me around for weeks telling me he would help me, he finally 5 weeks later got back to me and stated his boss would not negotiate or compensate for my damages. I requested to speak to his boss which he states is the company owner, Shane advised he would give him my info to contact me, after waiting over a week and this guy never called I called back to follow up. Shane said he would speak to him and call me back personally, Shane never called so I called back and he said they would not do anything. So I asked to speak to the owner, Shane said he was too busy to speak to me. This place is the worst run fast and find somewhere else to move your stuff. They are crooks and hire negligent and incompetent workers.
