DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! Blantant liars and aggressive men!!!! Horrible service!!!
My fiance and I live on the 16th floor with a birds eye view to the loading dock gate. We witnessed the entire situation happen. As the men were backing up their truck to the closed gate, with both men in the truck, they continued to press into the gate which forcefully opened the gate. This event could have been avoided had one of the men been at the back of the truck guiding the driver. As soon as I realized that they had actually forced the electronic gate open with their truck, I gave them a call to let them know what had happened. So at that point they knew that we witnessed it. We went down to them to discuss what had just happened and received aggressive behavior and them denying what they just did.
I understand that mistakes can happen and we were willing to hear their story. The fact that they blantantly lied and became defensive towards us was enough reason to cancel our move with the company. It was very unfortunate that this event happened. When I called to cancel, they were very unsympathetic towards our circumstances and said "well, it's not like we will charge you and we're not giving a discount". I'm not sure what I was expecting to hear, but it definitely was not that.
