They moved extremely slow. Overcharged and damaged items and lied about it.
I had my wife hire movers since I was stuck at work for the weekend and wouldn't be able to move myself. She hired "All My Sons Moving" and said they quoted $200 for the first two hours and $98 an hour after that. Seemed alright. The move should have only taken a few hours since we were moving 15 minutes up the road. They moved three beds, two dressers, a grill, dining table and about 15 boxes that were pre packed. They took 5 hours!!! No living room items were moved since we were selling everything.
They charged us over $500.00 and the invoice only read under. They flat out charged us more than what our invoice read. They put an 8.5" gash in our dining table and lied to my wife and said it was already there. This was a brand new table. We called to inquire about the damage and the lying about it and Walter didn't want to hear it. He wouldn't even talk to me about it. Just said file a claim and they will get back to you in a week. He wont discuss the overcharging either.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS.
