Long story short. Was quoted $94 flat without travel time, I even confirmed this the day before move. On moving day they loaded my elderly mothers belongings and held them hostage on the truck until she paid $310. She called me crying and upset. I called the office and was told her items will be taken to their warehouse if the $310 was not paid. After an half hour argument on the phone I was called a liar. Unfortunately, I did had to pay the absurd amount so my mother would not loose her things. They took advantage, they knew what they were doing. I will not stop until they go under! I will post reviews, set up blogs, put up flyers, call the local news, anything legal to bring them down I will do it! Please when setting things up over the phone have them send the agreement in writing!! I was never told about the 2 hr min and was told I would not have to pay travel time. Unfortunately, now how do I prove it. I hope my mistake will keep someone else from getting screwed over!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOOKED THEM!!!
