NEVER said in the quote about the fuel charge. They quote you a price and they take their time so they run over just to make more money. We ask Omary from customer service which would be better an hourly or flate rate and he said hourly. Now we know why!! They damage and scratch furniture and they don't want to take the blame. To file a claim it's a LONG process, it shouldn't happen when you pay OUTRAGES amount of money to move, it should be resolve immediately on the spot. They try to get out of paying for your damage goods. NOT A GOOD MOVING COMPANY. CHECK AROUND!!!!!!!!
