I hired 3 men for a large move, one became sick and left mid-way through the move. The company did not replace him and did not call me to explain. The move lasted hours more than expected and I was charged the full amount. It wasn't until I called and complained that a small refund was credited (and that took several calls)
Furniture was reassembled incorrectly, some pieces with the wrong hardware, and broke when we used them. I am still dealing with claims for any repayment.
I would NEVER recommend this company.
