When I first contacted the moving company from the local (to where I was moving phone book) I went on to Dave about how I wanted to use a local moving company. He did not bother to tell me that it wasn't a local company, that I found out the morning of the move. He also did not bother to tell me that there was a fuel surcharge. When the movers arrived I found out that the truck I was supposed to get was not the one sent, I was sent a smaller truck, and if I hadn't loaded my mothers and my personal SUV's we wouldn't have gotten everything on. The two guys who moved me couldn't have been nicer, they took great care of my stuff and were extremely accommodating. When we arrived and I was getting my final costs, all of a sudden there was a moving surcharge, and overtime travel charges. When I questioned Dave, about it, he lied to me again. So the move ended up costing over 300 dollars more than I figured between surcharges and overtime costs. While the employees are really good polite guys, the office staff, Dave in particular is a liar and cheat. I will never use them again and would not recommend on the basis that the office staff lie and cheat.
