This should have been an easy move, as I packed the boxes, and most of my furniture was modular.
They used my kitchen counter as a place to wrap outdoor planters, and ruined the entire surface, and were trying to hide the fact from me until the left the house.
The two large pieces I had, and the main reason I hired 'professionals', both were damaged, and never repaired by them. I was told to basically go to a hardware store and do it myself!
One box was damaged, but because I didn't note it before they dropped it and left, it was not covered by insurance.
I have moved many times, and this was by far the worst, and very unprofessional. And I understand things go wrong. But the office help out of the Orlando office, Chad and Wanda, were very rude, and only responded when I was going to either get a lawyer or withhold payment.
I will never deal with them again. Please beware.
