My Grandma just passed away and Kevin and Art ASSURED me they would be on time and ready for us. Not only did we not get contacted the day of the move, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I called around 2:30pm to find out where the hell they were, Art said they'd be there at 4:30, 5 rolls around and NOTHING! They closed their offices without so much as a word! Then at 6:45 the movers called and said..."okay, we're on our way...it'll be about 45 minutes, we're in Apache Junction." WTF?!?! No. I cancelled and warned them that I'd be making their morning tomorrow a living HELL! Absolutely terrible business. As if my Grandma dying weren't enough, we spent the whole day waiting around in her apartment staring at all her memories just miserable. NEVER AGAIN!
