When i called all my sons to help me move due to my wife being pregnet and unable to help i was hoping for a company that would make my life easier at a fair price. I thought I found that when I was quoted $450 to move our one bedroom apartament to another apartament an hour away. When they gave me my bill it was just under $870!!! twice as much as what i was quoted. when i was told that if they finished earlier than what they quoted that they wold credit my accouount the difference. i started moving my own things to shave off time! i finished an hour early and was expecting the $100 credit, but it didnt come. When i called the store to find out what was going on they told me to call back later that he couldnt help me. Turns out he was the boss!!!! and guess what he could help me!!! not only was i drastically under quoted, the customer service was terrible. after i wrote a review to the link they send you after the move the owner called me to ask about my poor experience and offered no help. basically his response to me being up set was" i am sorry someone didnt explain it better to you." what kind of resolution is that!!! as a GM of a restaurant myself if i gave that kind of response to a complaint i would be fired!! never have i experienced such terrible service. as i wrote in the review i sent them, i would not recomend this company to anyone i care for! keep shopping around i am sure you can do better!
