I was looking to schedule a same day move with this company in the birmingham area. Was told they would let me know something in 1 hour. 2 hours later, after I went to work, a man from the office calls me and says they can move me. I explained to him that since I had not heard anything in the timeframe they gave me that I would have to reschedule. At that point he was very rude and got a nasty attitude as if I had wasted his time. This company never moved me. Very poor customer service would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
