We contacted All My Sons Moving & Storage for our move from Chesapeake to Richmond. Matt was great to work with over the phone and the limited interaction we had with Christina was great too. He answered all of my questions, and I found him to be very easy to talk to. I was advised of all charges that would occur, so there would be no suprises the day of the move. I think they were the most honest moving company of the 6 or so companies I spoke with before our move. We chose them because their price seemed average but the customer service was the clincher. The way I was treated over the phone made us feel good about spending our hard earned money with All My Sons. The truck arrived at the time Matt said it would and the men were very professional. They were quick, careful and worked very well together. Nothing arrived at our new house broken or even scratched. All of our large pieces (dressers, desk, bookshelves, etc) were wrapped in quilts and they shrink-wrapped our sofa to protect it. Basically, my wife and I just stayed out of the way and let them handle everything. At our new house, they put together our bed and our guest bed. Basically, all went as I was told it would. There were no suprise charges at the end of the day and the men did a great job. I would highly recommend using this company.
