My husband and I hire All My Sons Moving to move us about 10 miles on 11/24/2010. I was quoted $400 for an approx 4 hr move and I asked numerous times about hidden fees b/c I'd read several reviews stating there were many additional fees not included in quote. The movers arrived 45 mins early (which they would've charged me for even if I hadn't been home to begin the move), attempted to charge me a 12% fuel fee (and left the truck running during the entire loading and unloading of the truck), the movers were on their cell phone off and on during the entire move, etc. I contacted Chad once the move was complete and told him I WOULD NOT be paying the 12% fuel charge b/c it was not disclosed to me and the move only took 3 hrs and 15 mins so he needed to credit me back the 45 mins. Chad said he would credit the money.....I still havent receive the money back!! So a $400, approx 4 hr move took only 3 hrs and 15 mins to complete (with my husband and myself both helping) and cost me nearly $500. I would not recommend this moving company and I will never use them again!!
