The Fort Myers location was a good company 2 years ago when we moved but they have had a "shake up" according to the driver and got rid of all the old people. Well let me tell you that the new people are AWFUL and believe me, I'm cleaning up my language. They threw around my baby grand piano that they advertise they are experts in moving and now it will not play right, the pedal parts are lost and they now claim they have no responsibility to repair. They state that they are only responsible for the outside appearance, not the mechanics. But the claim I filled out in June and the pictures I sent in all talk about the mechanical damage, but it took them 6 months to discuss it and now say it is a closed claim. What scumbags.
Further, they are using some terrible company in Dallas for their claims processing called We Care Claims and these people are dumber than dirt and rude. I moved on May 28, 2012 and today on Nov 13, 2012, I am still trying to get the claim closed. They tell me they have contacted All My Sons, but Linda the owner has not gotten back to them.
