So much for my decision to trust "All My Sons" with recent move, or my repeat business being valued and appreciated.

I have used "All My Sons" twice before and I am a repeat customer. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on today. I will no longer be using this company in the future nor will I refer "ALL My Sons" to anyone else. My disappointment started with one of the mover’s texting on his cell phone twice, while he was supposed to be moving my things on the truck. If that wasn't enough to make my blood boil, then "John" in the office stating I would be charged a ($10.00) dollar fee just for using my credit card for convenience. I mentioned I am a previous customer, and have never been accessed this fee before. After arguing with me about whether that was mentioned dung the initial consultation, he finally relented and waved the fee. It gets worse from here... I was recently paid on Friday 2/6/12; as a result I have substantial available balance in my checking account. Well, I decided to use my MC-Debit Card for convenience. Wouldn't you know that after ($10) CC convenience fee was waved, I was now told my Credit card was declined...? I called my Bank right away and they also confirmed my substantial available balance in my account and my ability to charge the amount of the move. BTW, I just charged some moving supplies earlier in the morning using the same card, and "no problem." I then asked the mover to have "John" in the office run my card it again, and I was told he simply stated it was declined, and then mentioned I would have to get cash from the ATM.??? My first question was is anyone going to reimburse me (The Customer) for the gas or the ATM fee accessed? My next question if you think I can get the cash from the same card, then should you be able to charge my card? Right... That logic fell on deaf ears. Sure enough I used the same card and was able get funds through the ATM as expected. Therefore I believe my being told my card was declined was simply about not paying the ($10) CC convenience fee, not my card actually being declined.
So much for my decision to trust "All My Sons" with recent move, or my repeat business being valued and appreciated.
