Absolutely awful. Damaged the most important antique after being told it was the most valuable and delicate piece. Shattered a leg off the piece. Many pieces were damaged, scuffed and scratched. Keep finding items that are scratched, damaged, etc. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
