Like many other reviewers on this site, we were quoted a decent price for moving. We were told that we would receive a confirmation call 2 days before the move, and that we already had a morning appointment. The day before the move we called and they said that there were no mornings available, but that they would be there between 1-3 the next day. At 3:05 I called and was told that they had a crew that had just become available.
These were the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever met in my life. They told us that we were "lucky" they came out because nobody else wanted to do the job, and that their boss threatened to fire them if they didn't. THey then proceeded to take 2.5 hours to move out a 1 bedroom apartment that had all box packed and less than 10 pieces of furniture. After the completion of the move, they tried to charge us over $650 but quickly changed it when I went nuts to $400, claiming that the rate we were quoted is not legal "by law" and charging us $10 an hour more than we were quoted.
