I have used All My Sons Moving twice in the past, and had excellant service. First time was June 2007 from San Antonio to McKinney, great service very efficient workers. Second March 2009, again very efficient, fast workers! I used them again on 02/02/12 because I had such a wonderful experience the previous 2 moves!
This move was awefull! It started out great, they arrived at 8:30am and had all boxes and misc items loaded onto truck by 9:00am. Thats where things began to fall apart, it took until 12:00 noon to load 3 bedrooms, a living room and dining table! When it came to unloading the items it took another 3 hours!
When I called the office to try and get a more understading as too why this move is taking so much longer than the previous, I spoke to Mike, which told me that "I was only looking for a F'ing discount!" I called back and tried to explain that the previous move in 2009 only took about 3 hours and the only thing different with this one was we had a daybed instead of a babybed! He then agrued that I had 3 movers and not 2, as I did for this move. I exp, to him that I had 2 on the previous move! Mike continued to argue and so I asked to speak to Anthony Netty, manager.
Anthony Netty told me the 2 movers they sent our had worked untill 3 in the morning that day and maybe a little tired because it is the beginning of the month! He stated he would drop my amount due down to $639.15, from the almost $900 he was trying to charge me! I paid it but I will never use this company again!! You know how they say it only takes 1 bad apple, well I got their "bad apple" of the day that day!1
