Deceptive about cost!

Despite me asking for total moving costs in an estimate, we were informed of a 10% fuel charge on the TOTAL bill the day before the scheduled move - no time to cancel and hire another company! We were also not told about the $35 "packing materials" charge which was the tape used to secure the blankets to the furniture. We were informed of that only after questioning the high moving bill. AMS sent a smaller truck to move a 3000 sq ft. home - which took 4 trips to get our furniture moved - we even moved our own boxes ahead of time! They know how to drag it out to 8 hours - and even wanted to charge us overtime for the 1 hour travel time. We are currently in a rental and will move again in 6 mos. after our new home is complete, and will NOT use these guys again.
