The salesperson who took order said all furniture would be wrapped before moving. That never bothered. Three guys and instead of helping each other, they each would grab something and wrestle it down the stairs hitting the walls and scratching the furniture. They left the worst for last. A $5000 table in mint condition was scratched across the top with some mystery white substance which they pretended not to see then "cleaned it" off as superficial. It was scraped in 4 places across the top and on every leg.
I come to find they stacked furniture on the table with nothing in between. What idiots. I don't even want to try to deal with customer service--it was a miserable lesson.
Never trust your furniture to them.
And they want top price for their poor efforts!
