worst movers EVER!!!

I was given one price on the phone,then given another price with added fees the day before the move. The Movers showed up about 6 hours early with only 2 men instead of three as we were promised, with NO tools, NO padding, NO clue how to take the doors off the refrigerator, NO clue how to get the washer and dryer out!!! Took and HOUR AND A HALF to move a bookshelf, refrigerator,and sofa? Then another half hour trying to figure out how to move the dryer!They did ask for Asprin along the way ( I guess they had a headache)...and basicly were in NO hurry to do ANYTHING! When we complained, we were simply dismissed and told that we were NEVER promised ANY of the things the FIRST representitive had told us when we booked this move,and if we weren't happy we should have just cancelled!?! I would NEVER use this company EVER...FOR ANYTHING...This was the worst moving experience I have ever had!....and it cost me twice as much as any other I've had!
