Great Movers, Poor customer service

The movers themselves did a good job moving us from an apartment to our house. However they broke the marble slabs on my bedroom furniture and contacting their customer service to replace it has been a nightmare. They make it VERY difficult to file a claim and there has been no follow up after 2+ months of waiting. The price was average for the area, so when I am forced to fo this again, I would either call someone else or pick another company.
