OK so customer service was nice on the phone when i scheduled move so i was ll for ALL my sons. Horrible mistake. I was scheduled to move between 7am and 8am On Sept 21. They did not show till 10:15am!!!!! It was sunday so their main office was closed so i couldn't call anyone!!!! THey came with 3 men. THe person on phone said they would bring wardrobe boxes... when they came they said uh.... its not in this truck. it is a different one. I had knee surgery few months ago so i had to carry all my closet by myself and bring it up 3 flights of stairs to next one. Totally inconsiderate. They kept taking smoke breaks during moving!!!! unprofessional. THen when we were finishing up it came to $320..... This is where it is just so rude. You do not ever ask a customer for tip!!!!!!!!!!!! THe guy was like so do you want to add a tip? what the?????? I said ok. And he said 20% is good. I was so shocked. And then he said dont put it on credit card because tips get taxed.... guess what that is life! i told him i have to do it on credit card and he asked if i can go to an ATM and they can follow and give them tip that way .... that is unbelievable! and then they said well can you call your parents and ask them to bring over a check or cash? Totally rude. Once i gave a tip ( THEY WERE LUCKY I DID THAT) only so he would get off my ass about it. With the tip for 3 people it came to 361!!!!! I was too nice to such rude company. Once he saw it wasn't as much he was rushing the move and just being rough with everything! if you have customer skills issues... then this is not business for them!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!
