Instead of coming in the morning, came in the late afternoon. Kept having to call to find out where the truck was. Todd was extremely unprofessional and did not try to fix the situation at all. I received two 16 year old kids -- who, by the way, told me they were paid under the table and wanted big tips! Instead of a move that should've taken two hours, it took almost 5. They tried to charge me for 5 -- had to take it to the BBB in order to get credit since Todd was so rigid and unprofessional. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! READ THESE REVIEWS!
