John quoted one price 94/hr, and if they exceed 2 hours then an additional hour will be charged...the day before the move a woman called to review the quote withme and it was more than John had quoted.
Upon delivery my 1000.00 sofa the young men,due to their inexperience, they were unable to move the couch into the apt... had to give it away.
Movers were on by the hour billing, their time was spent on the cell phone, changing clothes and other tme wasting activities.
Movers started at 8:30am and at 10:25 am attempted to charge me for 2.5 hours and then reduced it to 2.25, which was still over the actual time....2.0 hours.
After expressing my concerns to Todd on an email, he was very rude and unprofessional, made assumptions and was not open to listen to my situation.
