I have used this company before and had to issues with them. This time around we were COMPLETELY ripped off. We were told one price then, AFTER, they had already loaded the truck and were ready to unload we were told a different price. The movers refused to unload our stuff until we agreed to pay 3x's more than we were charged. We called the manager, Steve, who, instead of treating people with respect, proceeded to HANG UP on us over 5 times in the course of an hour. RUDE and UNETHICAL company. VERY unprofessional. We are currently reporting them to better business bureau and the licensing department in las vegas, nv.
