This was the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with any type of company. Their false promises and lack of communication made an important transitional period in my life stressful and painful. They did not arrive to load my items for 2 weeks after orginally scheduled, which severely derailed many of my plans and committments. They did not return calls and the various employees did not appear to be in communication with eachother. When they finally did arrive, they did not have the proper moving equipment, which resulted in damage to some of my items. Any cost savings AMS Movers promises are not worth their terrible service.
