All My Sons Moving quoted me a price of 90 dollars per hour with an hour driving time thrown in and claimed (after I had described all that needed to be done) that it would take no more than 45 min's to one hour to load my things onto my truck. They were simply acting as a loading team, and not actually moving my things from point A to point B.
Upon arrival I find that they did not bring the proper things they would need to protect my furnature and television like they said they would bring. They also stood around for 20 min's trying to figure out what to do. They took two smoke breaks and ended up taking 3 hours before I told them to Leave.
All My Sons then added on a 35 dollar fuel surcharge to my order that was not included in my original quote price.
The company also charged me abnormally high fee's for packing material that was used to protect my furniture, to which most of it they did not use.
I spoke with them in order to try get at least a partial refund. I was told that I would be refunded the fuel surcharge and someone would be by to pick up the unused materials that the movers left behind (they did come and pick this up) and I would be reimbursed for the unused materials.
It has been two weeks since my move, I have not be credited the refund that they promised over the phone and they will not answer or return my calls.
I am seeking legal action.
DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVERS !
