Moving with this company was an extreme headache. There lack of regard for their customers is baffling and disgusting. They quote one rate to charge you an arm and a leg down the line. All I asked for was to know all costs upfront...let me decide if I want to do business with you. They resort to saying it was all disclosed in the documents signed. It's funny how the response you get from customer service representative are evasive when you want to know that if outside of the quote their would be additional charges. I'm am extremely dissatisfied with the way customer service handle my concerns of the overcharges. People don't make long distance moves everyday...when I stated that the move would be into a storage unit you would think they would mention during our call that there might be an additional charge. This is a horrible company...stay away!
