Over all experience with this company is terrible. All our tables are badly scratched and they are not sturdy any more. we ended up throwing away a table and few other items because of the damage.
On delivery day, when they called me about the delivery it was sunny but within 30 minutes it started to rain a lot with the lightening unfortunately. I asked them to come next day but of course these movers promised over the phone all of my stuff would not get wet and it would be ok. But my mattress came soaked in rain. I had to buy a new mattress. I didn't purchase additional insurance so they are offering only 10% of my new mattress price.
Even the head of the mover admitted it was their fault but they wouldn't do more than 10%.
Please do not use this company.
