I could tell a horrible story about misinformation and indifference about the pick up time, the costs involved, the attempts to add addtional charges and the misrepresentations this company made as well as their indiffernce to labor and DOT regulations but the easiest way to avoid this company is to check out the BBB website:

This business is NOT a BBB accredited business even though the company's website continues to say it is. Don't believe them.
The reason for the loss of accredition is that in the last 36 months AT LEAST 65 complaints have been filed against this business. THAT SHOULD SAY ENOUGH TO AVOID THEM!!!!!
