Do not trust a word they say! I worked with Karina and was given a quote of $1750.01 based on weight. I repeatedly asked her if there was any way the quote would change upon pickup as other companies based on the same inventory had higher quotes based on weight. She assured me the only way a quote can change is if they arrive and I have additional items not on the inventory. The estimate even states "the estimate may change if there are changes in the inventory list". I called several times on Friday April 22 (good Friday) to find out what time to expect the movers on Saturday. On my 3rd call I got one of the managers (there are 2 men w/ heavy accents, Zeke and I can't remember the other, but I got the other this time). Finally at like 4:30 pm I am told that they will arrive in the morning. I was aware we eneded a 50% depostit, was told earlier they accept cash or credit, but now he tells me if I pay with credit card, there is a fee (nowhere is this stated on the website or in my contract!) Luckily we rushed to the bank, my mother called him from the bank and he told her to get a cashiers check made out to All Inclusive Moving and Storage, which she does. Saturday comes around and 3 men arrive look around and state, no way this is 3500 lbs, it's probably double, they will weigh it and get back to me with a quote. Now I am dealing with a different company because All Inclusive is a broker, I am now dealnig with another moving company in Florida. I call AIM&S and get nowhere, they tell me they have the right to adjust the price upon arrival. I am assured I will hear back from someone later Saturday. I never do. I call AIM&S and the local company, fnially on Monday I am given a quote of $2616.35, approx 50% increase and am told if I don't want it, they will charge me for what they have done so far and I can come get my stuff! I agree as I have no choice. a week later a 3rd compnay calls and arrives with my goods. The driver tells me he won't deliver until I pay him the balance in cash. I felt bullied by this 250 lb man who refused to even show me all my stuff, but again I have no choice. Now, I paid for them to pack all my lamps, 2 arrive broken, I have sent 3 emails with photos and have not heard back from them. They are liars, cheats and unethical business people.
