We had a partial home move from Western New York to just North of Los Angeles, CA. They arrived on time in NY to pick up my items and worked quickly to load the truck. The estimated time for drop off was delayed by 12 hrs or so, due to "traffic". They called and told me that they would be arriving late and scheduled another time the next morning. The quoted $990 for up to 2000 lbs. We weighed and numbered each of our boxes while packing to make sure we did not exceed our quoted amount. My items were delivered in the same condition they were shipped. Nothing was stolen, broken or damaged during our move. The only thing I disliked about the process was upon pick up/delivery they spoke Spanish to each other, I do not speak Spanish, so I found this to be rude. I also did not like that at pick up they requested a tip. If I would like to tip you, I will, please do not ask. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would use them again if needed in the future.
