TOTALLY MISSED THE MARK ON THE ESTIMATE

For the most part I liked this company. The actual guys who did the work (the 2 Spanish guys were FANTASTIC) were hard-working, careful and fast. My only major gripe was that the estimator gave us a very reasonable quote, but then when the move actually happened the head guy did his math and said we owed an additional $1000!! How crazy is that? Makes one think that this is the company's MO for making more money. The other smaller gripe is that we told them 3 months out what day we were closing in AZ and they still came over a week late.
