I was quoted a decent price for my 70 mile move. When they arrived they brought a Budget truck not their truck. The 2 workers came out from behind the drivers seat, which of course everyone must know why. There was room in the passanger shirt. They put on the All in One Moving t-shrits, myst of been pickedup from a store in the area of the Budget truck rental. When the driver & the two workers came upstairs they looke around went outside for a few mins & came back & started moving items to the truck. Driver must of told workers what to do & how to make more money for the company since they probably aren't their everyday workers. After all was said & done they charged me over $600.00 for boxes & a stairway fee which I was never told that when I called to get a quote. I didn't even okay that & will contact them today to get my money back. If not I will have to take this further. After unpacking I only have 7 boxes from them they charged me for a lot more then that. And charged me for a case of tape & they probably used 12 rolls at the most. I could go on & on. To top it off the driver had nerve to say they get between 15% & 20% tip, who says that.
