On move day they were on time, they were fast, the didn't bump or break anything, it was pouring rain and they managed to keep stuff incredibly dry (including thinking strategically about where to put our wet outdoor furniture relative to boxes etc). When there were tough situations like our mattress not fitting up the stairs to our bedroom, Neil talked through the options with us and kept everything moving quickly.
