I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY POTENTIAL clients in the future. BEAWARE !!!
So I hired All Around Van Lines to help us move inter state from IL to Tx. Initially the sales guy was very helpful and patiently helped me thru the whole process. The pick up was smooth and as per the scheduled time. No complaints until here. This is now the fun starts. The dispatch team is one of the worst teams that you would have to deal with. Either they are overly busy or just don't care to reply your phone calls or messages. They took good 15 days to delivery my stuff and this was after multiple calls and queries from my end on trying to find a status on delivery of my stuff on the truck .. The delivery happened but the guy left with my stuff in total disarray. One of the helper guys got hurt and was bleeding and left blood stains in my home. Stuff had been left in the apartment all over the place with items broken, boxes missing and damaged and he didn't even let me sign the papers or report the damaged items. He damaged my walls and there were couches that they couldn't fit in my apartment just dumped in the garage the way that I couldn't even close the garage door. These were expensive leather recliners that I had paid a huge amount to be wrapped and moved carefully to find them just thrown in the garage. There was no place for us to even walk around in the garage as boxes and stuff was just thrown in there all over the place. I left multiple messages to the company with emails and asked them to call me back but it has been 4 days and I have not heard back from them at all. Everytime you call the company, they transfer you to the dispatch team and it just goes directly to their voicemail. I even mentioned to them that I will need to report them to the BBB but I didn't hear back from the.
