I was contacted by a very polite consultant called Eric, who kindly explained the company he was calling from and where he received my details. He then explained thoroughly how to set up my move, and was very patient listening and answering to all my doubts and questions, being the first time I move on my own to college. Everything from the first call until the day of pickup was done in an organized and professional way, and I received a confirmation call to state the date and time of arrival. They also gave me access to view their website before there arrival, the website helped me learn more about the moving process and I felt safe and supported knowing my move is in good hands.
On the day of pickup they arrived on time and had an orderly appearance. I felt very comfortable with the staff, as if I had known them for years... I was given a great price, no hidden charges or funny texts. The movers were all kind, helpful and treated my contents as their own.... The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and I was more than happy and will be using them again in future. Thank you All Around for a great moving experience!
