moving truck broke down twice on local drive to new destination which was only 7 miles away. movers dropped my executive desk which cost $599 a year and a half ago. when filing the claim Rachel gave terrible customer service and would not return calls like she said. when she did return call she told me they would give me $60 for my $600 desk. she told me they pay 60 cents per pound of damaged furniture. she then asked me how heavy the furniture was. having no way to weigh a desk that size i guessed 250 lbs which would be relatively close. she then called me a liar and that she has never seen a desk heavier than a hundred pounds. i then told her she is crazy which she then called me a fucking asshole and that i cant call her crazy which then for the next 15 minutes i heard just about every curse word or bad name you can call someone directed at me. am i wrong or shouldnt i be the one upset that my furniture was dropped? why was i getting called such vulgar names. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. DO NOT USE!
