From the very first call that Alex and I had, the picture was painted for me on what to expect on, prior to, and after move day. The customer service rep Allie that was involved was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. On move day I needed to take more than what I originally told Alex and Austin, but that wasn't an issue, I just needed to pay a little more, which is only fair. The movers were so polite and worked very well together. My family and I were moved and there were no issues and no damages. I highly recommend Agility van lines to all who are moving. Thank you again to all who assisted, Alex, Allie, Austin, John, and Tommy.
