My experience with Agility Van Lines.... Where do I begin? Let's start at the beginning when searching for a moving company on or around 9/23 on line and were bombarded with phone calls from all these different moving companies. One which of course was Agility Van Lines. I spoke to a representitive by the name of Alex on 9/24 and went over all the items with him that I would need to transport across country, he quoted me 1700.00. When Max (MOVER) came to my home on 9/29 with two other guys, i was told by Max that he would have to charge me 400.00 extra to take my dining room set which was four chairs and a glass top table. We (my fiancé and I) then suggest that he take our breakfast table and chairs instead which was standard size but he still said he had to charge 200.00 extra to take that one because it too was over the cubic space, also other items that were on the list were left behind, wow....We were told one lie after another from beginning to end, from when our stuff would be loaded and transported to when it would be delivered. Their customer service was horrible, very unprofessional. Some of our items were damaged like one of the leg of our brand new bed were completely broken off and our dresser was chipped. Some pieces of our other bed is missing and other items we did not get. This was one of my worst experience by far with a moving company; I will never use this company again or recommending them to anyone. There is a lot more to this story but this is all I have the energy for right now, maybe I will submit part B at a later time. HORRIBLE!!!!!
