We got a great opportunity to work in California and be with my family again. The only thing I was dreading was moving. I filled out an online application and got several quotes from $1200 all the way up to $7000. I must have taken 20 calls as I do not do anything on a whim. After much research and communication with many companies we chose Agility van Lines for our move and Michael was the sales guy that ultimately made the difference. There were many emails and conversations back and forth that gave me the hope that Michael would do the right thing. When the movers showed up they were on schedule, they were polite, careful and respectful at all times. I have 3 dogs that are like my children and they even help me put them in their cages and my truck. I did most of my own packing because I wanted to make sure there was no damage and ran out of boxes and tape. James told me that wasn't a problem and he gave me a couple of boxes and a roll of tape. I told him how much would I owe you for that and he stated that's on us. We usually have a couple extra on the truck. At delivery I was unable to be there and was very nervous that my girlfriend had to do it without me. Nothing appeared to be damaged although most of everything was still in boxes. Sheila called me and said they wanted her to sign the papers that there were no damages but she was concerned that kitchen and wall unit stuff was still in boxes. I asked Sheila to have James get on the phone. But James wasn't there and I spoke to a Mark and asked him if he would give Sheila 20 minutes more to empty the boxes to ensure their was no damage. Mark said sure, if you want we can help her. Sheila called me back in 10 minutes and said everything is fine. I would like to thank Michael and all their crew for a great experience. If you are looking to be treated right Michael and his crew were awesome. I would definitely refer them to others. Joan
