Worst company I've ever dealt with.
Horrible customer service. Over promised and under delivered.
They called us 4 days early before scheduled pickup and told us they needed to come the next day or else they would cancel the contract. They were VERY aggressive on the phone when I questioned them about it...both the 'boss' Alex and the salesperson Mike Loeb. We were backed into a corner so we agreed to move early and spent all day and night packing.
Movers were grumpy and after they finished loading the truck, they strong armed me through the signature process on contracts. They rushed me through them saying they had to go and stuff was already on the truck. My questions were brushed off with haste. The delivery date time span was supposed to be 2 weeks, but n the contract they had lengthened it to over 3 weeks. I didn't catch this until after. I then I had to pay an extra $600 to get the stuff in an even reasonable amount of time.
When they arrived finally I had to pay cash before I could even SEE my stuff. When they opened then door, all our stuff was on a single pallet which had toppled over and everything on the bottom was crushed. Luckily only some cheap stuff was broken Iike glasses, a mop, etc...but it could have easily been worse.
I'd easily pay double to avoid dealing with people like this. Not worth the savings. Lesson learned.
