Let me just start out by saying great job! Active really went over and beyond when it came to my move. I had to move on short notice due to a promotion and I was not prepared at all. I called a bunch of companies but Active really made me feel like they knew what they were talking about. I talked to them for about 2 hours just going back and forth on what I needed done. It had to be a full pack move which I did not like at all because I hate others touching my things but in the end it worked out great. The movers knew my concern ahead of time and made sure that I was with them if possible in every room they packed just so I would be comfortable. I honestly thought that was the nicest thing they could have done for me. They were funny and very polite and kind!
