This company billed one card for the entire move (except for the addition they charged on deliver). When they came and loaded they were early so they met with my husband who did not know any details on move. My son and I had been handling everything. Even though my son had already paid they told my husband that they had to have a credit card or they would not take things they were very insistent . He gave them a card which they quickly charged. When I got the alert on my card I called right away spoke with them and explained it had been paid for they said the office would fix it. I them called the sales manager at the office who assured me they would reverse it if it had been charged it would not go through. We had no delivery date as they were to call after loading and didn't,and they had charged both cards. At this point they would either not answer our calls or they would send them to voice mail. I was able to contact them using a different phone number with no caller ID. They than sent several emails verifying that they had credited our account. They even talked to the dispute department of our bank and insisted they had credited it. What they did was to rebill it for a second time than reverse that within minutes of each other. This was done 14 days after the first fraudulent charge. We are still in dispute with them as they have never credited it. After 24 days my son did receive his things. I wish I would have read more reviews and believed the negative ones. Please be very aware of this company they are one of the worst I have ever encountered!!
