Just be aware, do not use this company if you have these two requests: Fix budget and fix delivery date. They will not commit. Once they load your stuff, they own you. The cost went up 800 dollars! And items got there 10 days after promised date. But that is not it.....They are full of surprises, please read the whole story, i sent it to them, but they do not care............
The experience dealing with dispatchers, driver and customer service was terrible. This is a few issues that happened:
1- The rate was increased by 800 once the items were in the truck!! You were the ones that made the calculations of volume not me. You should charge for weight not volume. After reviewing some complaints this is a common practice!
2- After I was promised a certain range of days to deliver before I booked, I call that date for a status and my items were not even in Dallas!!
3- The delivery date kept slipping for days. It was Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday am, then Friday pm, then Saturday am, then Saturday pm.
4- After I ask for a supervisor, they just told me there was none, that he will be back in 1 or 2 weeks!!
5- The driver call asking if I have people to unload!! This is incredible; you are supposed to be professionals!
6- I ask the driver why he was delayed; he said the dispatchers kept changing their plans. When I ask the dispatchers, they said is normal!!!
7- When the driver arrived, he said they have people, qualified people to unload. Lie #??
8- The helper told me they got noting!! He also said to me the day before that they might not make it on time. He was probably the only one telling the truth. Later found out he was not part of the company!
9- I also found out the your company did not want to pay 2 guys from Illinois to unload because the travel hours, that would add 150 dollars, after being charge more that 5,500, that was so greedy from your part.
10- My items were park outside for 4 hrs on Saturday. Because you did not to agree to pay 150 dollars.
11- I had to find my self people through Craigslist.com to unload my stuff! Not knowing if they are capable or qualified, strangers in my house. What would happen if one of them is a criminal or have an accident?
12- Your guys even suggest that if want my items that day I would probably have to help my self.
13- By the way. Your driver said he pulled his back, how convenient.
14- I asked for a FULL SERVICE, they just unloaded the items, assembly the beds and left, full service should also unpack stuff. It is not the first time I move. If your “FULL SERVICE” does not include that, make sure you explain that.
15- Your dispatchers are incompetent at best as customer service. They do not return calls and do not care about it.
16- Surprises just kept coming.
17- Your crew did not even have a basic tool kit; we had to use one from the Craigslist guys to assembly items!!
18- They did not have moving tools, ramp, belts, gloves, lifting belts, etc. Only a very basic dolly cart.
