I recently used Accurate Moving services for an in-town move and simply couldn't be more pleased. My opinion comes from the following experience...
First, they were definitely less expensive than their competitors and their pricing was clear from the beginning. No hidden fees, or surprise additions or last minute surcharges. (I've heard nightmare bills from friends using other movers.)
Second, the friendliness of the office staff was impressive, answering my every question in a timely manner, and with professionalism and courtesy. I was made aware of the rules, what could and could not be handled, how damages would be handled if necessary, etc. I was given helpful guidelines to ensure a smooth move and I followed them. Also, when I called because the closing on the new home was being postponed last minute, they adjusted our schedule move with ease and calmed my nerves.
